Tim Christman, Director of Operations
Tim Christman joined United Packaging Corporation in 1993 as the Director of Sales. As a part of his training, Tim was assigned to work in the plant so he could fully understand the details of the packaging processes prior to taking the field in sales. But Tim’s leadership skills in the operation of the plant soon proved invaluable, and he never actually assumed the role he was originally hired for. Instead, Tim’s proven work ethic and talents gained him a role in management, overseeing the packaging operations, working directly with the packaging specialists as well as handling administrative duties. Tim’s dedication to the success of United Packaging Corporation earned him a role as the Director of Operations, and he was elected by the shareholders as an officer of the company.
